Special status to AP can not be given!

Union Finance Ministry sources predict that Andhra Pradesh can not be given special status under the existing circumstances. The Finance Department seems to be confident that the package announced earlier would be better than the specific status. The sources said that the sources had come to the conclusion that the package could only be implemented and that the remaining guarantees could not be made. TDP leaders told the Finance Minister Jaitley to give special tax and tax concessions in the crucial meeting yesterday. Instead of the status of the package, the Finance Ministry is looking forward. Even the subsidies given to the northeastern states will also give Andhra Pradesh the backward states like the UPA, the Bull and the Bihar. Yesterday's debate was discussed with the Commerce Ministry and it was clear that the decision to issue tax concessions would be taken. The Andhra Pradesh leaders are politically motivated by the self-esteem of the Telugu community and the Tamil Nadu and Kerala states are likely to raise the issue. Central Finance officials say that the state has not paid a single rupee even though the government has paid Rs 12,500 crore in the four phases, including Polavaram and Revenue Loss, to the state.

Wars have not been done yet, but the Finance Ministry has reportedly said that it will ask all the funds for the Defense Department. Finance Ministry officials say that even if the funds allotted to the Army are demanded to be allocated to the AP. Overall, AP seems to be unable to give newly-paid subsidies. The Center hopes that Kerala states may also raise the issue.
